12 month warranty.

The warranty applies to repairs or compensation for repairs after
such problems as sole peeling or seams tearing.

The warranty does not apply to the restoration of individually worn shoes (rubbed leather or sole, scratches on the leather or traces of salt).

You can exchange or return shoes within 14 days from the date of receipt - in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Please note that the product must be new, without traces of use, with the packaging intact.

Shoes that have already been used, unfortunately, cannot be exchanged or returned.

How to return or exchange shoes?

Make an easy return in the Nova Poshta application and send the goods. Please write us the TTN of the return parcel on Instagram or Telegram.
